Homemade Bread
I found this recipe on Pinterest and I love how fast it is! It takes many an hour and it is delicious!! What we like to do is divide it into little rolls instead of making it into a loaf of bread. Either way, it is AMAZING!
Ingredients:
5 1/4 cups white bread flour (bread flour is better than just normal flour, but normal flour works too)
2-4 Tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 Tbsp saf-instant yeast
1 1/2 Tbsp oil
2 cups warm water
1. Mix dry ingredients. Add oil and water. The dough should be sticky.
2. Spray surface with cooking spray and knead.
3. Divide dough into 2 loafs or into rolls.
4. Place on cooking sheet and set in a warm area for 25-30 minutes until risen.
5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake loaves for 25 minutes.
Enjoy!

Divine Coconut Cookies
These cookies are to die for! They are very popular when we make them and it's impossible to save some for lunch the next day. It takes a total thirty minutes and it's super easy! Plus, you will only need four ingredients. (This makes about two dozen)
Ingredients:
3-3 1/2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 cup Chocolate Chips
2 cups Coconut
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Crush up graham crackers if bought in packages. You can get graham cracker crumbs, but they are a little more expensive (but it does save time).
Mix the graham cracker crumbs, sweetened condensed milk, and chocolate chips in a bowl.
Once mixed well, take about a tablespoon of dough and roll into a ball then roll in the coconut. Place on a cookie sheet, then slightly press them to flatten.
Put in oven for 11 minutes. Enjoy!
