My children have been on one the past couple of months! I don't know what to do with them! I'm getting a lot of no's and a lot of fighting. I've tried different behavior charts in the past but none really seem to do the trick. So I created this one.
1. I laminated each sheet and cut them in half.
2. On the sides I stuck velcro next to each smiley face.
3. I printed out a tiny picture of each boy, laminated it, then put the opposite velcro on the back.
Now when one of them starts fighting, screaming, throwing a fit, biting, etc. I move him down the chart. If he can stay within the "Awesome" and "Oops" sections for an entire week I take him to the dollar store to pick out a prize! It works great! when my mom is watching the boys she has threatened to drive to their house and move them down the chart if she has to! It's an instant behavior change!
